Fossa Chocolate is an artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate manufactory located in Singapore with the vision to make every chocolate experience memorable. We are in pursuit of making delicious chocolate that have greater depth, flavour clarity and intensity. Our approach is to select only high quality, purposefully grown and prepared ingredients at their peak, then process them using a variety of traditional and modern techniques and equipment to express their flavour in chocolate.

About the Job

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help share our chocolate with local customers and chocolate enthusiasts around the world. You will be directly involved in raising the profile of our brand and expanding market share by growing our online and offline channels through client pitches and account management work. You should be meticulous and customer oriented, possess great organisational and communication skills, have strong passion for your work and the initiative to drive projects independently.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure strong satisfaction of channel partners through regular communication and updating them on new offerings and products.

  • Support administration of sales activities on multiple online and offline platforms.

  • Manage the online and offline sale process including but not limited to pipeline development, outreach, materials drafting and stocks logistics deployment.

  • Coordinate with customers and the respective internal development team to ensure quality and delivery commitments are met.

  • Discover new business opportunities and implement business development initiatives.

  • Provide recommendations to impact and boost sales.

  • Other tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • Ability to absorb new information in a fast-paced environment and to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

  • Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organisation ability.

  • Excellent time management skills. You use your time efficiently and are able to multi-task and handle several concurrent projects.

  • Customer oriented, with good communication, written and presentation ability.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable with dynamic start-up culture.

  • Proactive and resourceful in getting things done.

  • Singaporean or PR only.
