Brand Ambassador

You will represent our brand, engaging directly with customers and sharing our stories at sales events and local pop-up markets.

This role will have you:

  • Assist with set up/running of promotion events

  • Stock take and reporting

  • Any other tasks as necessary

Design and Content Manager

We’re looking for a Design & Content Manager to help us share our story of chocolate with local customers and chocolate enthusiasts around the world. You will be directly involved in transforming briefs into beautiful visuals that educate and reflect the passion and hard work behind every single chocolate bar we make. You should possess a flair for storytelling, a talent for communicating and presenting your ideas, a strong passion for your work, and the courage to push creative boundaries.

This role will have you:

  • Manage social media and content strategy across various platforms

  • Develop relevant and engaging content for online marketing activities

  • Create marketing & packaging materials and engage in design work as required

  • Build up the asset library through product photography, videography, graphic illustrations and digital imaging

  • Ensure brand consistency in social media and website content and across collaterals

  • Work according to client briefs for artwork creations

  • Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Support administration of marketing activities through collaboration with other brand partners and customer care activities

  • Ensure brand consistency in social media and website content

  • Any other tasks as necessary

You will be packing orders, managing inventory and be the master of the warehouse.

Operations & Logistics Associate

This role will have you:

  • Pack orders on a daily basis

  • Arrange couriers for deliveries

  • Maintain inventory balance reports

  • Ensuring warehouse is neat and clean

Requirements

  • Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Meticulous and keen attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills. You use your time efficiently and are able to multi-task

  • Good communication, written and presentation ability

  • Comfortable with dynamic start-up and highly hands-on culture

  • Willingness to perform hands-on operational activities as needed

  • Physically fit as the job requires lifting of heavy cartons
