About Us

Fossa Chocolate is an artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate manufactory located in Singapore with the vision to make every chocolate experience memorable. We are in pursuit of making delicious chocolate that have greater depth, flavour clarity and intensity. Our approach is to select only high quality, purposefully grown and prepared ingredients at their peak, then process them using a variety of traditional and modern techniques and equipment to express their flavour in chocolate.

About the Job

You will be making chocolate and confectioneries with the team, from tempering and moulding bars to making dragée. You will need to be attentive to detail and have the desire to be a part of building something great.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Production: Learning and performing all steps of chocolate and confectioneries production.

  • Safety: Adhering to strict safety standards and following proper machinery, food safety, and quality procedures.

  • Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining our production facility, including machines.

  • Goals: Being a producing member of the production team, which produces over 20,000 bars each month.

  • Other tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • A passion for chocolate and food!

  • Ability to absorb new information in a fast-paced environment and to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

  • The ability to take directions as well as self-direct.

  • Positive attitude. People want to work with you.

  • Keen attention to detail. You adhere to quality standards even when it’s not convenient.

  • Excellent time management skills. You use your time efficiently and proactively look for other tasks when you have finished your task and have unexpected downtime.

  • Ability to perform tasks requiring long hours of standing, bending and walking throughout the shift.

  • Full-time: 5 days work week, Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm

  • Singaporean, PR and Malaysians only.
