Golden Kumquat

The best kumquats from Yilan, Taiwan are chosen and preserved by slow-cooking in sugar, turning them a beautiful translucent golden colour with liquid centers.

Hand-coated with the wine-like Rehoboth Estate 70% dark chocolate, they are the perfect balance of sweet, tart and bitter. Each piece is flavour-packed and best savoured slowly with tea, coffee, red wine, or whisky.
