Hae Bee Hiam Shrimp Roll, Singaporeans’ favourite savoury snack during Chinese New Year, is beloved for its crispy texture and flavourful, spicy dried shrimp sambal fillings.

In this special collaboration between Quan Shui Wet Market and Fossa Chocolate, umami-laden Hae Bee Hiam is blended with a base of 72% dark chocolate made with organic cacao from Uganda’s Kisinga estate. Crunchy spring roll wrappers are folded in for that addictive texture. It is difficult to stop at one bite!
