They are then caramelised and slowly built layer upon layer with Malaysian Semai Community 72% dark chocolate and finished with Ugandan Semuliki Forest 72% shaved chocolate. No cocoa powder is used so you can enjoy the pure flavour of the chocolate and macadamia.
