Produits des Iles SA (PISA) is a Haitian social enterprise that works with a network of smallholder farmers in the North of Haiti, close to their centralised fermentation facility in Acul du Nord. The facility produces high quality cacao that is naturally sweet, fruity and floral.
Our preparation highlights the sticky dried raisin character of the beans while bringing out a base malty flavour.
