[Limited Edition] Singapore Rojak

Singapore Rojak is a salad of vegetables and tropical fruits, drizzled with a sweet and sour sauce comprising of fermented prawn paste, sugar and a dash of lime. The name Rojak in Malay language means “mixed” and the dish exemplifies the cultural diversity of Singapore, including both Chinese and Malay elements in its ingredients.

In this collaboration chocolate with Tigerlily Patisserie, we have put together our favourite elements of Rojak into a chocolate bar.

Ingredients: Cacao, cane sugar, peanut, cacao butter, pineapple, youtiao (wheat flour, palm oil, salt, sodium bicarbonate), shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), coconut sugar, ginger flower, dried shrimp, lime leaf.
