FOR ORDERS WITHIN SINGAPORE

We deliver via a trusted courier partner who ensures the products are kept cool at all times.

Deliveries will be made every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Delivery timings will be scheduled by the courier.

Labour Day Delivery Notice

There will be no deliveries on Wednesday, 1st May.

Note any orders placed after Monday, 29th April onwards will be shipped from Thursday, 2nd May onwards.

Cut-off Timings

To make sure your order gets delivered to you timely, kindly note the cut-off times below to place your orders.
Applicable only for Standard Delivery.

FOR A WEDNESDAY DELIVERY

— Place an order by Monday, 8pm latest.

FOR A FRIDAY DELIVERY

— Place an order by Wednesday, 8pm latest.

FOR A SATURDAY DELIVERY

— Place an order by Thursday, 8pm latest.

Delivery Options

Standard Local Delivery

For a limited time only, enjoy shipping for free with website orders above $80. Exclusion of delivery locations to Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island and Changi Airport. With free deliveries, we endeavour to deliver the parcel on your selected day. However, this will not be guaranteed as it depends on the delivery routes, weather and traffic conditions. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances, your delivery may be delayed till the next working day.

*CHARGES

  • For orders below $80, shipping will be a flat rate delivery fee of S$16.35 per delivery location.

  • For delivery locations to Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island and Changi Airport, a fee of $16.35 applies.

  • Please ensure that there is someone present during the delivery. Additional charges will apply for unsuccessful deliveries and subsequent redelivery attempts.

*Applicable even if Standard Delivery fee is waived.

Express Local Delivery

If you require your order urgently within a specific date/time, you may opt for an Express Delivery. Kindly ensure there is a minimum of a 5-hour delivery window for us to be able to process your request. Delivery requirements of less than 5 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team and you will be promptly informed if we are able to accommodate to your delivery needs.

  • For urgent same day/next day delivery, a fee of $27 applies.

  • For specific day delivery that does not fall on our delivery days, a fee of $27 applies.

  • Please ensure that there is someone present during the delivery. Additional charges will apply for unsuccessful deliveries and subsequent redelivery attempts.

Self-Collection

If you prefer to collect your order in person at our factory, opt for self-collection upon checkout and let us know of your collection plans. This option is strictly via appointment only. If there are sudden changes to your schedule and you have no prior appointment, kindly inform us promptly and we will explore the best possible options to ensure your order get to you on time.

We operate Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays and Eves. For directions to our factory, you can view our direction guide here.

We ship to most locations via DHL.

Shipping expenses and delivery times will be determined upon checkout. If your country is not listed, please write to us at hello@fossachocolate.com and we will try to work something out for you.
