Crema Al Pistacchio

This smooth and creamy pistachio spread is made by slow roasting Italian pistachio – in our opinion, the best in the world, then grounded with white chocolate into one of the most versatile ingredient in the pantry.

Warm nutty aroma and satisfyingly savoriness makes it perfect for breakfast as a spread on bread or crackers. 

Ingredients: Italian pistachio (42%), cocoa butter, milk powder, cane sugar, salt

Product care

Store in a cool place for up to 6 months. For spreadable consistency, bring to room temperature (25-30C). Fat separation will happen if stored in warmer environment but you can simply stir the cocoa butter back in. If the cocoa butter forms a thin white layer at the top, simply melt it using any heat source and stir.
